About Me
Currently working as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and an Independent SEN Consultant. working as a Special Needs Co-Ordinator with Options Autism Group (UK based Company) – Post 14/16 WLCC Special Needs Organisation from June 2022. I also work as an independent SEN consultant who advises and supports students, parents, Carer, other professionals and therapists, schools, and employers in relation to all areas of SEND. Take sessions to the Mental Health and MLD (Mild Learning Disability) provisions students as well as working with Complex Needs students. As a SEN Lecturer role, I also got promoted as a Complex Needs Programme / Departmental Leader (middle manager) where I worked with mixed ages and level of Complex Needs SEND students and their families, and led a team of SEN Teachers, Clinical Therapists, Classroom Assistants and Locum Professional.
